Blue Ridge maintains an extremely small full-time staff. We accomplish much of our work by teaming up with a growing network of partners who deliver specialized expertise to our portfolio organizations. As a result, job openings at Blue Ridge are rare. We do, however, maintain a file of interested candidates to review when positions at Blue Ridge or our portfolio organizations become available. Blue Ridge is currently seeking dynamic summer staff to assist in our efforts. This is an excellent learning opportunity. Summer Associates will work as full members of the Foundation team and play a substantial role in the Foundation's work.
