Blue Ridge maintains an extremely small full-time staff. We accomplish much of our work by teaming up with a growing network of partners who deliver specialized expertise to our portfolio organizations. As a result, job openings at Blue Ridge are rare. We do, however, maintain a file of interested candidates to review when positions at Blue Ridge or our portfolio organizations become available.
