Charles Swartz is the
Founder and President of Geographic Research Solutions,
a consulting company that provides research, mapping,
and spatial analysis services to non-profit organizations,
government agencies, educational institutions, and
businesses. Prior to starting GRS Charles was a
researcher and cartographer at CASES, the largest
alternative-to-incarcaration agency in New York.
Charles is currently completing his PhD in Environmental
Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center. His dissertation
research is on the relationship between offender
recidivism and neighborhood characteristics.
