ReServe’s mission is to connect educated older adults with meaningful service opportunities in the public sector.
What ReServe does
- Stipended, challenging positions for older adults in nonprofit organizations. ReServe educates civic institutions about the experience and wisdom that elder professionals can bring to them, works with the institutions to create service opportunities, and recruits, places, orients and supports older adults on the job.
- Meaningful experiences for elders. ReServe identifies substantive opportunities for skilled retirees to contribute to their communities and lead productive lives in their later years.
