Taproot Foundation’s mission is to strengthen nonprofits by
engaging business professionals to provide high-quality pro bono service to local organizations.


What Taproot Foundation does

  • Highly structured, skills-based volunteer projects. The Taproot Foundation delivers critical infrastructure-building support to local nonprofits by using a highly structured volunteer management process. Specific projects include pre-assigned volunteer roles, schedules, standard deliverables and management processes to ensure that all volunteer work results in high quality work product for the nonprofit clients.
  • Menu of service offerings to meet range of nonprofit needs. Through Taproot Foundation’s “Service Grant” award program, nonprofit organizations receive new naming and branding systems, brochures, annual reports, websites, donor databases, performance management systems and other services from corporate volunteers.
